When the house is completely ready to move in then have some advise of Hindu Priest or Astrologer for an auspicious Muhurat time then must perform Griha Pravesh and Vaastu Shanti ( House Warming ) and Ganpati Momam before move into new house.

Vastu Shanti Puja :- House Warming or Vaastu Shanti is about respectfully acknowledging these entities and purifying the space. It is about cleansing the home with prayers , Ganapati homam so that the devotees can have a new beginning into new house with peaceful and positive energy.

Before the pujan starts, the devotee should take blessings from their parents and elders with “Charan Sparsh” then Ganesh Pujan , Maa Lakshmi puja , Navagraha Shanti , Vastu Shanti and all important rituals should take place like keeping a copper pot which is filled with holi water then A coconut with tail, covered with red cloth and tie with red moli. After this the Hindu Priest perform the pujan with chanting mantras and advises the husband and wife to take the kalash in the house together. 

Another auspicious ritual is to boil the milk with chanting mantras. Devotee's wife boil the milk in new vessel and lets it boil over to and also Varun Deva should be worshiped at the time of House Warming.

Vastu Pooja In Melbourne :- House Warming Pooja or Vastu Shanti Pujan always finishes with Ganpati Homam. A havan is performed to prevent harmful influences of the planets , remove negative vibrations and create a peaceful positive environment.

After finishing all rituals then offer parsadam to invited God.Devotees got blessings from Hindu Priest who performed the ritual.
